THE BOVIS BIOMETER

The Bovis Biometer was developed by the engineer Simoneton and the French physicist Bovis. The modern version of the Bovis scale was developed by Blanche Merz, in the book, “Points of Cosmic Energy”.

The Bovis scale measures the intensity and vibrational quality of subtle energies or vibrations of an object, living entities or place by using a dowsing pendulum. The Bovis scale for an average, healthy value starts at 6,500 Bovis units and measures to infinity. Values higher than 6,500 Bovis units indicate a higher quality which is life enhancing. Values below 6,500 Bovis units indicate a qualitative energetic deficiency or life depleting. Values at 13,500 are vibrations that have an effect on the spiritual domain. Values over 18,000 effect the vibrations on the threshold of the unknown.
